Indian Gaming Tradeshow Vendor Booth Info and Pricing

The IGA Tradeshow is the premier opportunity to display your services for a variety of casino professionals. Vendor booths as well as Trade Show Rule & Regulations can be found here.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of signing the vendor booth contract. If paying by check, mail check to Clarion Events, Inc. (the “Organizer”) Attn: Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention 110 S, Hartford Ave, Suite 200 Tulsa, OK 74120. The Balance is due by December 31st, 2023. 

All checks payable to Indian Gaming Association. Clarion Events, Inc. is providing certain services on behalf of Indian Gaming Association, Inc.

*Seattle Entertainment Group understands that the pricing above is subject to change at any time. The Indian Gaming Association reserves all rights, Seattle Entertainment Group assumes no liability as it relates to purchasing or acquiring vendor booths for the Indian Gaming Association.

Basic booth purchase inclusions

Exhibitors Receive (per 10×10 booth)

• Two chairs, one 6’skirted table, & a wastebasket
• 2 Platinum Plus Conference Passes(access to tradeshow floor, sessions, & workshops)
• 4 Booth Staff Badges (access to tradeshow floor only)
• Exhibitors will be allowed to invite an unlimited number of qualified customers to the trade show floor at no charge

2024 Indian Gaming Conference Payment and Cancelation Terms 

PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit (50%) due upon signing of contract. Booth assignments will not be final until a 50% deposit is received. Final payment due by

December 31, 2023. Full payment is due with contracts submitted after December 31, 2023. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Exhibitors canceling before December 31, 2023, will receive one-half of the amount paid above the non-refundable 50% deposit. Exhibitors canceling after December 31, 2023, will not be entitled to any refund.
