A 50% deposit is due at the time of signing the vendor booth contract. If paying by check, mail check to Clarion Events, Inc. (the “Organizer”) Attn: Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention 110 S, Hartford Ave, Suite 200 Tulsa, OK 74120. The Balance is due by December 31st, 2023.

Basic booth purchase inclusions

Exhibitors Receive (per 10×10 booth)

  • Two chairs, one 6’skirted table, & a wastebasket
  • 2 Platinum Plus Conference Passes(access to tradeshow floor, sessions, & workshops)
  • 4 Booth Staff Badges (access to tradeshow floor only)
  • Exhibitors will be allowed to invite an unlimited number of qualified customers to the trade show floor at no charge

2024 Indian Gaming Conference Payment and Cancelation Terms 

PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit (50%) due upon signing of contract. Booth assignments will not be final until a 50% deposit is received. Final payment due by

December 31, 2023. Full payment is due with contracts submitted after December 31, 2023. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Exhibitors canceling before December 31, 2023, will receive one-half of the amount paid above the non-refundable 50% deposit. Exhibitors canceling after December 31, 2023, will not be entitled to any refund.

If I purchase a vendor booth can I break down my booth before the conference ends?

Generally speaking most event organizers do not allow early breakdowns. In some cases there can be acceptances, but there may also be a fee associated. Contact the event producer for the most accurate information.
