No Refunds

 

All Sales Are Final:

Once you finish or complete your order, there are No Refunds and No exchanges.

Before completing your order, carefully review your event, seat selection, and order total. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made once you complete your purchase with Seattle Entertainment Group. By placing your order, you agree to the Seattle Entertainment Group Terms of Use, which include:

Refunds and Exchanges:

All sales completed through Seattle Entertainment Group and Seattletalentbuying.com are final. Before completing any purchase of tickets through Seattle Entertainment Group, carefully review your event and seating selection. Pursuant to the policies and procedures established by our clients, and the agreements between Seattle Entertainment Group and those clients, Seattle Entertainment Group is prohibited from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased; once tickets are issued, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost, damaged, destroyed, or stolen.

Canceled or Postponed Events:

When an event cancellation occurs, Seattle Entertainment Group makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price. Any service fees, including facility, convenience, and processing fees, will not be refunded. Events scheduled for outdoor venues are sold “rain or shine” and there will be no refunds issued for rain canceled shows. If an event is canceled, please Contact Us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue, promoter, team, band or artist may set refund limitations. Contact Us for exact instructions. In any event, Seattle Entertainment Group will not be liable to the user for any loss, cost, damage associated with any cancellation or postponement of a scheduled event. Event, dates, and time are subject to change and are not grounds for refunds or exchanges. Seattle Entertainment Group, when notified of such changes, will make every effort to notify ticket buyers via email.

 

Privacy and Security Policy

We collect information from and about you

Contact information. For example, we might collect your name and street address. We might also collect your phone number or email.

Payment and billing information. For example, we collect your credit card number and zip code when you buy a ticket.

Information you post. For example, we collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site.

Demographic information. We may collect information about events you like or products you buy. We might collect this as part of a survey, for example.

Other information. If you use our website, we may collect information about the browser you’re using. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. If you use our mobile app, we may collect your GPS location or your device’s unique identifier. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running. We might look at how often you use the app and where you downloaded it.

We collect information in different ways

We collect information directly from you. For example, if you register for a promotion or buy tickets. We also collect information if you post a comment on our websites or ask us a question.

We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like browser cookies and web beacons.

We use information to respond to your requests or questions. For example, we might use your information to confirm your registration for an event or contest. If you give us your friend’s information, we will only use it to provide services you requested.

We use information for security purposes. We may use information to protect our company, our customers, or our websites.

We use information for marketing purposes. For example, we might send you information about special ticket offers and other kinds of promotions. We might also tell you about new features or products. These might be our own offers or products, or products we think you might find interesting.  

We use information to send you transactional communications. For example, we might send you emails about your account or a ticket purchase. We might also contact you about this policy or our website terms.

We use information as otherwise permitted by law.

We use standard security measures

We have security measures in place to protect your information. The standard security measures we use will depend on the type of information collected. However, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. If you think that an unauthorized account has been created using your name, contact us at the address below.

Canceled and Rescheduled Events

Occasionally, concerts are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed concert, please contact us.

If an event is canceled, and you purchased your ticket through seattletalentbuying.com we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card, debit card that you used to purchase that ticket, less the aforesaid fees. 

If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Provider may set refund limitations. Please email troy@seattletalentbuying.com for more information or to request a refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled event. Please make sure to include/provide your account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by Seattle Entertainment Group Box Office generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged through Seattle Entertainment Group at this time.

 

Terms of Use

Thank you for purchasing from Seattle Entertainment Group.

Please note the following Terms Of Use.

  1. All sales are final. No request for cancellations, changes, or refunds is accepted.
  2. If your tickets are to be mailed, you should receive them within a reasonable amount of time, generally 7 to 10 days. If you do not, please contact Seattle Entertainment Group – no later than 5 pm on the day of for a weekday performance or 4 pm on a Saturday for a Saturday or Sunday performance to ensure proper Seattle Entertainment Group attention.
  3. If your tickets are to be “held at will call”, they will be at the venue box office at the time of performance. The box office is usually open no later than 60 minutes before curtain time. It would be helpful if you can arrive early to allow for parking and to avoid the last-minute rush.
  4. You must have the credit card you used for the purchase with you for identification. If someone else is picking up the tickets, either that same credit card or a photocopy of it with an authorization note from you must be presented. It would also be helpful to have with you a copy of your order confirmation and the confirmation number.
  5. In the event that a performance is either canceled or postponed, Seattle Entertainment Group will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting.
  6. While Seattle Entertainment Group regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, Seattle Entertainment Group cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. Similarly, the conduct of events and performances for tickets purchased is the sole responsibility of the events’ organizers and venue operators, Seattle Entertainment Group cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
  7. All patrons purchasing from Seattle Entertainment Group must do so in the light of the above limitations.
  8. Refunds on tickets purchased are made for a canceled or postponed event only. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded.
  9. Ticket prices may fluctuate based on demand, the time of day, and other determining factors.
  10. Tax and ticket fees may apply.
