Bio
Ryan Anthony Massaro, more commonly known as Amos Lee, is an American singer-songwriter who has found success blending together folk, rock, and soul. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in English and teaching and bartending, his manager Bill Eib sent a demo recording to Blue Note Records which resulted in a deal. Since then Lee has released five albums through the label, as well as performing as an opening act for a diverse range of artists such as Norah Jones, Bob Dylan, and Adele. His music has also been used on numerous soundtracks and TV shows, and he even performed at a rally for Barack Obama. Ultimately, Lee's most successful album to date is 2011's Mission Bell, which reached the top of the Billboard 200 chart.
